Twins Dry Cleaners

We arrived with a pile of clothes for laundry and shirts for dry cleaning. All handled same day with friendly gracious service. Highly recommend.

It doesn’t look nice but they re doing a great job! On time, and good work.
You also have a nail saloon which is really good as well but sometimes late.

I went to such a nice Christmas party and it was lovely! There were drinks and dancing and one of those photo booth machines. I love those things.
I wore a dress I got fixed here.

I must have visited on a bad day as I found the customer service to be really poor, particularly from one member of staff who was really quite rude. But then I guess it only takes one poor member of staff to ruin a shops reputation.

Twins is one of those places you might not look twice at simply because it doesn’t stick out. Rather the faded paint just makes you wonder what a place like this is doing next to the polished facades of Kingly Court. But stop and take a real look because this place is a gem. The business is a Vietnamese family-​run place and it looks like a workshop, smells like boot polish and there are reams of clothes waiting to be dry cleaned, altered or repaired. Trust me when I say these people do an exceptional job, I’ve had trousers altered here, holes in jackets mended and heels replaced on shoes. A lot of production companies and costume designers also use this place for the mere fact that they are really good. When others say no, they say yes and do their best to repair or fix your shoes or clothes. They also cut keys, though I’ve never had it done. My flatmate had her boots repaired the other week and it cost her £8 for both boots and they replace both of the soles and pulled the material over one of the holes in her boots and insisted that they do both, so that they match. If that isn’t service for you, I don’t know what is.
