I joined this network four weeks ago on a sim only rolling contract and transferred in my existing telephone number. However, I’ve never been able to get incoming calls or texts callers reach the voicemail. The only outgoing call possible is to customer services. When I initially rang CS to sort it the man put the phone down on me telling me he could hear me I was using the Vectone network at the time! I then sent a message through the online form that they didn’t have the courtesy to respond to. I rang again and spent a long time on the phone to someone who said he’d resolved the issue, but he hadn’t. I have since sent many more emails, all of them telling me to do the same thing, which makes no difference. Still, a month later, whenever dialing my number a caller is sent to voicemail. Whenever trying to dial out I am told I am not allowed to make a call such a destination. I am still unable to receive or make calls, despite the phone showing I am connected to the Vectone(Orange/T Mobile) network. Even asking them for my PAC code doesn’t seem that easy. Do yourself a favour and steer clear, They are cheap, but even then seem overpriced.
