Very clean, nice staff, friendly locals, good sized car park, huge beer garden — food is always excellent, especially the Sunday roasts! Child friendly as well.

To be honest the one check in doesn’t really reflect the years I’ve spent in this pub. It is probably my local. Done up a few Years ago, one part is predictably reserved for meals, though I don’t really think of it as a gastro pub, more a pub that does food, if that makes any sense. Prices are correspondingly lower. The pub consists of two other areas, with one predominantly for football. However there are some comfy leather sofas there. The other part is in front of the bar and has wooden tables and chairs. Its always reasonably quiet and relaxed and you will always find a table, even on the weekend. Its a Fullers pub, so sells all the usual staples. Service is always friendly. I wouldn’t travel any distance to visit the Viaduct, but as a local its a-ok.

Good spot, clean, nice staff and a traditional menu. I was staying with some friends in Ealing and we really wanted breakfast this past Sunday. We originally went to the Duke of York who had no chef in this day so we came to the Viaduct instead. Unfortunately on Sundays they don’t offer their traditional full pub menu and breakfast isn’t available. It was only 11am when we came in and lunch food wasn’t what we were craving but we went ahead and ordered lunch anyway. On Sundays they do have a Roast dinner available which looked absolutely amazing from what I saw at the table next to me and they had many other Sunday specials so if you are coming in on a Sunday just plan on having a good lunch or dinner! My friend and I had some starters as a meal. I had the salmon fish cake which was good, usually fish cakes are with crab or cod so I was happy to have salmon. It comes with a salsa and a bit of lettuce, I also had some chips and although I didn’t try my friends food he had the calamari and sweet potato fries and said they were both good! Lastly the sauces are brought out with a nice presentation, you get a cute little jar of ketchup and mayo, you’re not just given a bottle like most pubs. Next time I’m in town I’ll come here for a Sunday roast or breakfast on any day but a Sunday.

I like the garden in Viaduct. It is nice and peaceful in the summer. My favourite dish here is Honey Roast Ham for only £8.50. They make it really delish. The staff are friendly and always when I come here they pay special attention to me. The minuses are during a week days (Mon-Wed) it closes very early(10pm). Give it a try at the weekends and you will love it.

Lovely, friendly welcome at lunchtime today(22nd July 2011). Reasonable selection of well-kept ales. Efficient service with a selection of pub meal favourites and some good specials(Thai Massaman soup, steak & mushroom pie, crepes suzette). I had a tasty home-made vegetarian lasagne. He had a salmon & cod fishcake. Good home-made fayre and although I’m not a fan of oven chips, the chocolate brownie for dessert made up for it! Just what you need for a quick bite on a summer’s day!

This has been totally changed from the pub I remember. It is now full of nice furniture, some pretty snazzy artwork and all the wood looks loke it has been french polished. Typical Fullers pub, this place has very efficient staff, a nice looking menu and is one of the cleanest pubs I have ever been to.

A lovely local near Ealing hospital. Delicious food with some Polish dishes, and good fish dishes. Roast lunch on Sundays(lunch or evening) are very good. Cheap set menus in the evenings are also very good value. It is a Fullers pub, sometimes has guest ales. There is a homely child’s play area in side(think this may be for the landlady’s children), and a sizeable beer garden at the back. A good size car park and smokers area with umbrellas, picnic benches and flowers. Staff are very friendly. The pub is smart; and an excellent place to take your mum! Just by the pub there is the old viaduct bridge you can have a nice walk around here which goes onto Ealing golf course, or if you cross over the road you can walk down to the canal.
