I visited this shop several times before. The staff is always very helpful and ready to assist. Every time I’ve visited the assistant was very helpful and made good suggestions. The shop was very neat, tidy and clean with a good layout not feeling to full.

I came here to get an iPhone. Although the store was pretty busy, a tech support staff member came over to assist me. He quickly went to the back and got a sales assistant, Dariusz to help me.
Dariusz was super helpful. Being an iPhone rookie, he showed me all of the important features on the phone. He even had Tech transfer all of my numbers over for me.
He was also really helpful with my phone plan. I’m used to really pushy sales people but he was nice, explained the benefits of each package and informed me that I could change after 9 months if I wanted to.
Overall, this was a really great retail experience.

I slid along yesterday to the champagne and canapés opening of Vodafone’s first Business Store. The new shop (couldn’t really tell much of a diff between it and a regular Vodafone shop) was filled with plenty of earnest City suit types. Following a bit of mingling, a live business clinic featuring Lord Digby Jones (former CBI Chief and esteemed business guru) was held which covered the challenges facing small business at the onset of 2010. The good news? Well, according to Digby, things won’t get any worse this year. Still, there’s a long slog ahead before we see any economically greener pastures.
This new business oriented shop is a pleasant and inviting place. My experience as a long time Vodafone customer has been decent enough and I suppose the staff at this retail outlet will be as attentive and helpful as at other Vodafone stores. Conveniently located near St Paul’s Tube station, if Vodafone’s how you get your mobile fix, this shop’s a good one for drop in for purchases and service.
