Wagamama

Good, tasty ramen in one of the only spots that wasn’t mobbed with Disney on Ice crowds (it was still busy, but less so than some of the other offerings in North Greenwich!). Our ramen, curry, squid and gyoza were all good and the Happy Buddha beer was a delight. Service a little slow, but a good spot for some filling food ahead of a gig or the cinema.

The food at wagamama has no soul no taste no seasoning, food is too sweet its a shame to serve that sort of food with a poor quality. Really unhealthy .The vegetables are not fresh at all. The most horrible food I ever eat in my life and the service is a let down!!! This was the last time they will ever see me or my family!!!

Curry was watery to tasteless, service inefficient, got the impression, the faster you leave the better… confirmed my first impression from Wagamama Zurich… Sorry, don’t really know what’s all the fuzz is about Waga’s… Defo was the last visit.

Mmmm the food here is very tasty & you do get a lot of it on your plate. I did visit here again today for lunch but had a children size meal, which was a reasonable size & did feel me up. I wouldn’t be able to have the adult size because it’s a lot but all in all nice place but a bit pricey.

Can I give it ZERO stars?
Piece of S*** of a restaurant.
Food was blend, staff was abhorrently inefficient, and to make matters worst they brought my dish 20 minutes before they brought my wife’s, which is inexcusable.
Never going back to any of their bloody franchises.

Terrible service. Cold sake. Ordered chicken pad Thai got shrimp. Shame because my friends enjoyed their meal.

Yeah, not so much.
Sorry, Wagas, I used to like you, but for some reason, food has really gone downhill.
Let’s recap:
Sunday afternoon, had 60 odd mins to kill before my film in the o2 Cineworld, was kinda hungry, fancied something Japanese, saw Wagas, got excited about the prospect of a Katsu Curry, decided to go in, sat down.
Service was good, friendly guy, quiet as Sunday post-​lunch, so far so good.
Ordered a katsu curry, and then… the party was over.
Alas, my katsu was overrun with tamarind, which is quite a strong aroma. Now, Im pretty sure that KC shouldn’t have tamarind in, and if it should, then it defo shouldn’t be like, DOOOOSH, explosion in your face but this was.
And on top of that, it came with a… salad!!! Since when?!
Anyway, I was pretty disappointed though my miso soup was nice, but then, it’s a miso soup, how hard can it be?
Unfortunately, this Wagas reiterated what I had expected: the heydays are gone, Wagas as we knew them, are no more.

Good service, nice and clean, delicious food and free green tea. What more could you want?!

Fantastic service. Fresh and lovely food. Fabulous all around. Sunday crowd was cool, we had a light lunch on a beautiful sunny day.

I won’t go here again! Food is ok, there is not that food as much as the bowl is might you think. But it’s ok.
The restaurant is too big: too many ppl in one, all together talk very loud.
There a lot of people are working here and they all rushing. They clean tables very fast and give you the feeling that you need to order, drink and eat as fast as you can… It is one big, light place here, now comy and cozy place to sit.
Then the toilets:
Don’t go! There is dirt on the walls (one actually had poop on the wall) there is toilet-​paper nowhere to be find, the flushing thing aren’t working probably and after all of this things: if you washed youre hands: you can’t dry them: the dryer is not working…
I wont come back here if there is an other option.

Another 3 star place. Service here can vary wildly from excellent and friendly to slow and mediocre.
The usual wagamama Lego food is served, basically the same few ingredients mixed together in different ways.
Wagamama is Japanese for spoilt child, which is represented by the child drinking the soup :)

Got take out, so not sure on the service, but the food is terrible. Most wagamamas are pretty decent, but I would not go to this one again.
The noodles were pasty and I even found a huge clump in mine. The broth was okay, but could not make up for it!

Just ate here with work colleagues and had a really bad experience. I love wagamama’s food and used to go all the time back in my home town of Bournemouth so was excited about a fun lunch.
The service was so so bad. All the staff were rude, especially the waiter that showed us to our seats when we arrived. We wanted to sit outside and he went a really confusing long winded way of explaining where we could sit … split over two tables on opposite ends! Even though there was a cluster of tables next to each other he didn’t seem to understand a word we were saying — and his English was perfect so it wasn’t that. He was very rude and un apologetic.
When we did sit down everything was confusion confusion confusion! From all the staff serving. We hadn’t ordered yet and they all started bringing food! Then one waitress was adamant it was ours! WE HAVN’T ORDERED YET!
When we did order and our food did arrive it was all to the wrong people again… I thought wagamama had a special system?
My colleague ordered a large wine and myself and another colleague ordered mediums… but all three glasses arrived the same size.
The food was the nice usual waga yumminess so I gave it 2 stars for that at least.

Is there anyone who doesnt like Wagamamas ?
The one at the O2 is very clean and has a nice open view out the windows with outdoor tables as well
Service is great
Chilli squid is greater .
Cold drinks and piping hot food .
Fresh food, fair prices and its clean
