The Brighton road branch of Waitrose shares all the great things about this upmarket supermarket chain. Its conveniently located in a prominent part of Brighton Road, and theres ample parking nearby which ive never found to be full. The shop is very welcoming, with highly trained and approachable staff who wont just tell you where something youre looking for is, but will actively take you to the relevant aisle. The range of everyday and luxery goods here is really excellent. Ok, prices are quite a lot higher on many items than you might pay in Tescos, yet with their range of monthly special offers they do manage to compete pretty well on lots of staples. Service in this store is particularly good, and id wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for calm and hassle-​free shopping!

A standard, medium-​sized Waitrose — pretty good quality food and drink and situated right in the middle of Coulsdon.
