Appalling. Needed a car from Heathrow to home in Sep 2015. I booked two weeks in advance and reconfirmed by phone the day before. They forgot to send the car. No apology. No compensation.

Appalling — worst cab service I’ve ever had to deal with in London. First, our driver left the back door open before attempting to drive away, only to remember to close said door after we’d yelled at him to let him know. Secondly, he informed us once we were on the move that he was going to add a £6 surcharge to the agreed fare because we were five people and we had not specified this on the phone. Given that he had arrived in a car that could comfortably accommodate six, this seemed completely unreasonable: we asked him to stop the car and told him where to get off. We missed the appointment we’d booked the cab in order to make, but frankly it was preferable to being ripped off. there are much better cab services available in the area: try Golden Cars, Harringay Cars or Alan’s Car’s.
