I have passed this store many times but popped in for the first time yesterday. I was glad I did. Inside the shelves are stacked from top to bottom and are heaving with all things good for you such as skin care products, vitamins, oils, teas, flour, pasta, rice, tofu.
The owner told me that he had been there 27 years and gave me lots of useful information on vitamins and minerals. What a lovely man and a great health shop.
I left with my hands full of omega 3 oil, spelt flour and tea.
