Probably the best pastries and coffee I’ve had in Dalson. If only they had outlets and a toilet I would say there all day. They also saved my phone when I left it there by accident. A +

If you are looking for a nice place to have a coffee, grab a little snack to go or hang out and work for a while, Wilton Way is the place to be. Not too far from London Fields or Hackney Central, this coffee shop has delicious coffee drinks, yummy sandwiches, muffins and cookies If you want to have your mind blew, try the avocado bacon sandwich, it’s amazing. Service is nice, environment is cool and besides the coffee and food being delicious they have a radio station inside the venue so perhaps, if you are lucky, you will see one of the DJs or radio hosts producing the shows from there. Art is all over the walls, which gives new photographers and other artists the opportunity to expose their work. And if you like, you can buy one of the pictures or drawing and take it home with you. Coffee and croissant to go is £4. Are you ready for some?

Met a friend with her baby here for coffee, we had two buggies with us and it was a struggle to find room– a tiny little café! Coffees were great, cake and toast also decent price and delicious. Major criticism is that there is no toilet. We were told there is a loo in the hairdressers next door and we should ask to use that– although upon asking the café staff they didn’t actually have an arrangement with the hairdressers for use of loo. We successfully asked the hairdresser and used the facilities, however this put us off the café.

Hipster Paradise. Was recommended here by a couple friends so decided to finally check it out. Saw all the reviews of how good the coffee was so ordered a Long Black. I’m a tough critic with black coffee at random cafes, and usually what happens is I think it’s too acidic and bold for my taste– neither was the case here. I was pleasantly surprised and I enjoyed my brew. Also ordered the avocado toast. It was good. Toast was good and the ratio of the avocado was fair. I really liked how chili flakes was sprinkled on top… I love food with kick. Although, lots of oilve oil was drizzled on top, which next time, I’ll opt out of. Oh, and it was my lucky morning b/c I lucked out on an extra slice of toast with my order =) It was interesting that there was a DJ playing. Don’t usually have that around many cafes. I enjoyed it. Good energy and he played good music. There’s wifi and a password provided, but connection wasn’t very good. Overall, I liked the place and thought it was good. I give it a 3 star and not a 4 because I’d only come if I was in the neighborhood. *There is no bathroom.

This joint’s improved since I last went in. Left it a while but needed the coffee hit and was close by so gave it another bash. Felt guilty afterwards so have come back and changed my review. Attentive, friendly service and although the BLT was a little late(café was busy which is a good problem to have) the coffee was spot on and have been back since with similar experience. Wilton way definitely back on the map!

There’s always room for a little one on this bandwagon. As fellow Unilocalers have already pointed out, this place is awesomesauce. It’s a friendly little café, just north of London Fields. It serves damn fine coffee. Really, one of the tastiest Americanos I’ve had in quite some time. There’s a small, but perfectly formed, lunch/brunch menu. At £4.50, my chorizo sandwich could have benefited from a bit more chorizo, but I was pleased with it, nonetheless. The real star though? Squidgy ANZAC biscuits. Yum. One point where I’ve going to have to break from the Unilocal hive-mind is on the WWC clientèle. Waxed moustaches and aluminium Macbooks seemed pretty ubiquitous, so either I got«lucky» and 12pm on Tuesday is the dedicated hipster hour, or some of your pretension thresholds need recalibrating. But then again, I’m off down Our Price to buy Richard Marx’s latest album, so what do I know?

Downright good coffee. I have nothing bad to say about the WAM I got to take away. Nothing at all. It was a pitch-perfect symphony in a cup. So this place is worth travelling for if you’re in the area and don’t want to put up with the pretenses at Climpson & Sons.(Or, you know, if you want to nab a seat.) Competently tapping and packing Climpson roasts, Wilton Way Café will give you all of the brew and less of the ‘tude. And drawing a really quite varied coffee-going demographic, this place’ll make you almost forget that you’re in Hackney. Okay, I’m lying. It screams Hackney. But it’s still good, all right?

Hello coffee, hello wifi, hello new favourite café. After months of Tristan J telling me I just ‘had’ to go down Wilton Way, today I finally did. A cute as pie street which seems to have a few indie pop up businesses on it. One of them is Wilton’s. After a bit of confusion as to where to order I got a short black to go. This place has great seating areas a small number of tables outside and low crates to perch on inside. There are homemade cakes, funky art work on the walls and not nearly as many hipsters as you’d expect for this area. All in all, it’s a winner. This is totally a locals place. Families, couples, friends hang out here. They use Climpsons and Sons beans so it’s good quality coffee, just without the attitude.

Good Coffee! A few seats outside when we’re blessed with a bit of sun. Mmm they do a mean sourdough toast with avocado and chilli flakes! The Bacon Bap is beautiful if a tad pricey. I’m told the ‘Lido Breakfast porridge’ is good too.

Lovely little coffee shop, with some nice cakes, pastries and a small, tasty café menu. It’s coffee comes from Climpson. I don’t drink coffee but this place makes me wish I do. It’s never too busy to get a seat,(or storage crate) and they have their own little radio station at weekends. The décor is all corrugated iron with some trendy touches(such as the lamp shades). It seems that Wilton Way is becoming a Broadway market offshoot. What next?

I only just found out about this café even though it is very close my place. I went there this morning and was surprised at how busy it was but assume that it is a popular haunt with the trendy people of Hackney; they probably grab some breakfast here before they go for their weekly stroll down Broadway Market. First impressions were good — a cosy little café at a location where you would not necessarily expect a place that serves really good coffee. The staff ranged from quite friendly to rather stressed out and a bit irritated at my taking some photographs inside the café. I ordered a soya flat white and was served an excellent brew — at most places you would only be able to taste the soya milk but here the coffee was boldly present; a very nicely balanced drink indeed. The cakes, sandwiches and cupcakes looked heavenly and will be on my tasting list the next time I come here. It is also a nice touch that they have jugs of ice water that you can help yourself to. I saw someone being served a peppermint tea made of fresh peppermint leaves, so it seems as if not just the coffee(which is London-based Climpson & Son’s) is quality stuff. The overall impression is that this place is getting a lot of things right. I recommend Wilton’s as an excellent alternative to any of the overflowing cafés at Broadway Market
