As a parent I found this gym to be well over Priced for what u get they say u get ur first session free but what they don’t tell u is they are going to charge u a hell of a lot more for the same thing every week my son was 5 when he started he really enjoyed it at first but got bored very quickly as they do the same thing every week and play a game at the end of the lesson which annoyed me as he didn’t really get long in the first place to learn any moves. What has also annoyed me is i decided to take my son out as he kept saying he didn’t want to go anymore so I emailed the gym as I was asked to and they didn’t pass the message over to who ever deals with the financial side of things so now get threating letters about paying for the rest of the years fees. When I rang to find out why this was it was due to the fact I still had to pay for the kit. I asked if we could return the kit as we don’t need it. They said no as it has been used. I have to say at this point I’m getting very annoyed as the gloves and boots were on my child, if he was lucky 6 mins each session and were practly brand new, but he was willing for me to give him the kit to use in the gym after I paid £100 for it. My advice to any body looking to use this gym think very carefully as they are very money orientated once u decide to not attended anymore they change there whole attitude towards u. My son now goes to the pirate castle where it is great value for money and he has a 2 hour session for £ 5 and u only have to pay if u attend. I would advise against visiting xen– do

As a martial artist looking for a new gym to train in I was excited at the prospect of trying out Zendo kickboxing in Camden. It is a full-time gym with padded floors, mirrors, changing facilities and all the equipment you’d need. The first session was free and the training was intense and well-paced for beginners. What disappointed me was I felt one of the instructors came across a little condescending and was too forceful in trying to get me to pay membership immediately. Maybe it’s just me but I didn’t want to pay £300 in membership fees after my first class. The financial aspect left me feeling disappointed so I never returned. Still, with excellent facilities and the promise of fast-tracking people with potential to black-belt could make this the place for you.
