Good place, though the staff can be rather thinly spread. Came here yesterday with a friend, and I had to ask for a green tea about 3 times before they finally brought it. The waiter also spoke very bad English, and could hardly understand our orders. It took my friend about 5 tries to order the sushi roll she wanted, and when they finally brought it it was the wrong order and had to be sent back. Their Sunday deal of 10 dishes for £20 is really good, but it’s very disappointing that they don’t offer it at more venues. I miss their old deal of Sumo Sundays, which was all you can eat off the belt for £20 on Sundays. I’ll be back at any rate. I do wish they stayed open later than their current hours, though.

Never had a problem with yo sushi in terms of the food and the service. Just that it never seems to fill me up and means I end up spending far too much. nice food though

Why oh why yo sushi? Every time I get a 40% off coupon I try you again only to come out of the meal feeling like I paid too much for too little. Really not a fan. Nothing is remarkable, the gimmick of the revolving plate is now overdone, and if you can actually get a friendly AND competent waiter, well than lucky you! I’m not trying to be mean, but really there’s no point going here unless this is your only choice for a sushi lunch or you just really love conveyor belts…

The healthier option to quick and easy, fast food. Yo sushi is always an enjoyable experience. However, having been to this branch twice, I do feel that the service is better at the waterloo one. Saying that, the food is always good. Definitely recommend yo sushi to anyone thats new to the sushi scene as its where I started out too. Great place for families and friends, maybe not so good if your going in a large group… I have given this branch 3 stars as there was a time they forgot our order, and made us miss the start of a movie… but everyone makes mistakes, right?

Yo! Sushi at Fulham Broadway is a suitable sushi feast when one is required. Perfect for trips relating to the cinema or for a general quick bite, although it will never blow your mind as it did when the chain first came out. Don’t go too crazy as sushi can end up being more costly then you were intending to spend!

Yo! Sushi is great not just for sushi lover but chicken katsu currey, which is only 3.50! what a bargain, and the restaurant is so muych fun because u sit up on a table next to a revolving food trolley and you pick what you fancy. it may seem confusing but colour codes on the bowls show you how much each bowl would be. You even get your own tap water tap at the table! Thats what you call service. Ha ha only problem is you pay for how many glasses you use, me and friends were a bit cheeky and used only one and shared it! They had this great deal as well when i was there, i fyou bought 5 bowls you got 5 free, me and my friends were so full afterwards but happy with our deal!

Do you want a cheap meal? An expensive meal? Light bite or full on bloating. you decide. Yo sushi is great because you choose your own adventure, and you don’t have to share or get what other people in your group are eating. The sushi is good and they have a good mix of seafood, meat and vegetarian dishes. Each dish comes around on a conveyor belt and you can pick and choose what you want. Each meal is also in a coloured bowl depicting the price for that item. Each bowl ranges from about 1 pound to 5 pounds. Obviously the cheaper priced bowls are less inspired and less filling and the more expensive ones have a lot more time put in to them. When a yummy looking bowl comes by you are likely to grunt and point or say I want that one loudly so diners around you understand your intentions. If they misunderstand you and grab the bowl you wanted, you can then grab a cheaper bowl and throw its contents at them. No, actually you can’t do this but I have been tempted. Luckily they usually put out plenty of the same bowl and they space them out. If you see something you wanted that was taken or there is something on the menu, you can order it up at no extra charge easily. If you order miso soup you get free refills of it, you pay for all other drinks which do not have free refills. You also have to pay for the SELFSERVETAPWATER?! Weak. Anyway, give your meal some time because you can fill up quickly and they always send something awesome around the belt after you are full. For 2 people with non alcoholic drinks, soup and a good mix of cheap and expensive bowls, you will spend 35 – 50 pounds.

I kinda like this place. Yeah the sushi is mediocre and the chefs are lary, but it has a certain charm to it. They’ve managed to combine the traditional Japanese sushi boat experience with the simplicity for us dumb westerners to be able to enjoy it. They’ve managed to successfully franchise the product and you get a very consistent product no matter where you go. The only thing that bugs me is the lack of rolls and sashimi. Lots of noodles, etc but it would be great to see more inspired rolls going around the conveyor belt. This one in particular has a good location, inside the Fulham Broadway shopping center.

Yo Sushi(stores can be found nationwide) is a quick and clean sushi resturant. with the novelty of watching your food go round on a conveyor belt. it isn’t expensive and and staff are friendly.

I do like Yo! Sushi; this one is well located outside the cinema in Fulham — so it’s great before or after a movie for a quick informal(and relatively healthy) bite to eat. A bit formulaic now, it is probably in need of some injection of new ideas but kind of still works.(for those who dont know, it is a chain of Japanese ‘fast food’ self service on a conveyor belt)
