I caught a class here on a long weekend in London with Toni and I wish he could commute to Boston to teach. The class was invigorating and challenging, while still being fun and the right amount of intense. The studio itself is great! Staff are welcoming and anyone who is a local will be glad to know about the high-quality locker rooms and showering facilities. Very clean as well!

Love this place. Reminds me of my yoga studio back home in the states. Clean facilities, great(and attractive) instructors, everything you could ever want in a hot yoga studio. They have an introductory offer for new students £25 for 20 days. Towels for hire are £1 and lockers for rent are also £1, but you get it back afterwards. I would suggest trying the evening hot flow class. Its a great workout. And did I mention the instructors are hot? I did? Oh. Just checking ;)

This has been one of my favorite discoveries in London, so much so that I regularly travel about 45 minutes each way to get here. I’m horribly inflexible, so my sister turned me on to Bikram yoga. I dug it, but it didn’t fit me perfectly. Then I found Yogahaven. Wooden floors(don’t get smelly), varied classes, good teachers, good vibes. I still think it’s funny that I do yoga at all, let alone enjoy it, but this place has been amazing. Especially in winter.

I really do like how hot yoga places are slowly starting to evolve to avoid carpet in the studios(leaves that permanent funk in the room) and moving away from open showers to individual cubbies. This is one of the best, modern hot yoga studios I’ve been to in London. Remember to bring a pound coin with you for the lockers(you’ll get it back afterwards). So far I’ve taken the hot flow class(tough!) — it is a hot vinyasa class. If you haven’t done it before, definitely take it easy. Now for the hot yoga class — It’s slowly growing on me but if you’re someone who’s been going to bikram yoga classes for a while, this version will throw you off a little bit. It feels like a bikram yoga class but with small variations(and didn’t really like the pilates exercises in the heat!). I’d like to take some of the non-hot yoga classes. Yoga with weights anyone?
