You Doughnut

The only thing better than hot doughnuts is covering hot doughnuts with sundae toppings. You Doughnut fries their doughnuts so they are hot and fresh, then rolls them in your choice of sugar mixture (like vanilla sugar or cinnamon sugar), pours on your choice of topping (like salted caramel, maple syrup, hazelnut sauce, or chocolate sauce depending on what they have available that day), then they put on your choice of topping (like pecans, sprinkles, or marshmallows). My favourite combination is vanilla sugar, salted caramel sauce, sprinkles, and marshmallows. My only complaint is that they can be difficult to track down and aren’t in one place consistently each week. But if you can find them, it is well worth it!

At You Doughnut you can customize your doughnuts any way you like (well not ANY way, but any way given the toppings they have that day). They are bite-​size doughnuts, but that makes it even easier to eat. Choose your sugar! Choose your sauce! Choose your topping! Customize, customize, customize! The first time I went, we did doughnuts with vanilla sugar, salted caramel and pecans! My mouth was full of miniature doughnut goodness! Very light and fluffy. The second time I had them, I stole one from my friend who decided to have cinnamon sugar, white chocolate sauce with vanilla and cardamom and pecans.
When you’re at Kerb and looking for something sweet, they’re a good place to go to get your sweet on. The ladies behind the counter are also quite friendly!
