I have had a very bad experience with this company. I live away from the address I wanted work done to so trust was important. The owner of the company agreed to cut back a vine on my property and quoted £150. I paid £75 up front for a deposit, he then told me it was done and I paid the outstanding amount. I subsequently was informed he had not done it. Since then I have emailed, rung him and texted him. He kept saying he would do the job and then just didn’t. I have since asked him for a full refund, sent him the details of where to send the cheque, and he has yet to refund me. This company cannot be trusted. The owner states he is not a liar or a cheat but has yet to prove otherwise and I would avoid them at all costs
