Designer stores suffer a bit of a bad reputation when it comes to their staff. Some complain that the sales associates seem snobby and unhelpful unless you walk in dripping in cash…
However, that is really not true of the Saint Laurent stores in London.
I cannot rave enough about the incredible service they give you, even if you’re just going for a browse the staff are friendly and welcoming. They’re more than happy to engage in conversation with you and will happily give advice to those who aren’t sure what exactly they’re looking for.
I’m lucky enough to shop here and I’ll continue to be a loyal customer not only for the beautiful clothes and accessories Saint Laurent is so famous for, but for the outstanding customer service.
