Typical stock standard Zara store which means lots of good, up to date fashion at reasonably good prices. Only caveat is watch the quality, I have bought many Zara Woman pieces over the last few months which have fallen apart rather quickly. Keep your receipts for this store and know what you are paying for! Service is good in this store.

On attempting to return an item, I’ve experienced awful customer service here. A couple of members of staff barely had a clue on the returns policy and, when I finally found one with knowledge they were very dismissive toward me and I had to ask for the head office details to try to sort it out. It’s a shame really as previously I would have been happy to ignore the lack of interaction they appear to have but now, unless it’s an absolutely must have, I’m happy to take my business elsewhere.
