BB’s Got Happy Feet I’ll be perfectly honest, my relationship with the gym is a bit of a non-starter. I love the idea of going on a regular basis, but the reality of actually doing it, is sometimes just too much. The reason apart from being injected with the«I’ve got better things to do with my time» gene, is boredom. Even with my essential treadmill and mega cool music video watching I still get bored. Really bored. That is until today when I discovered a fun way to exercise and keep my boredom at bay… Zumba ! I knew I was onto a good thing when I saw our instructor walking in. She wasn’t some skinny beanpole, but had the type of curvy, lean body which most definitely survives on more than a few salad leafs. We did a few warm ups and then she put some music on and off we went. Stomping, twirling, strutting half spinning, body rolls, hand claps, hell we even threw in some jazz hands; along with more woos than you’d hear at a cheerleaders convention. I was in my element. I had so much fun that our hour long class seemed to be over in a flash and now I can’t wait for the next one. Zumba 1 Boredom 0 Woo ! Woo ! EPILOGUE You know how usually the day after a hardcore gym session you feel a little achy… well I don’t ! Go Zumba, Gooo!!!
