I highly recommend Wo Fat even I am a Chinese myself. The food and service are both excellent. Various choices and cooked in very traditional way.
The Wo fat chef special hot appetisers is a must have and the portion was good on its own.
I also like the special fried rice which has more ingredient then the other places.

Best Chinese food in town! Ate here a couple of times and the quality of food is very good. The service is great, nice and attentive staff.

I much prefer takeaway from Wo Fat to eating in. The décor is a bit dated and the eat-in prices are high. But takeaway and it’s tasty, big portions (plus freebies usually) and you can’t do better Chinese in Loughton in my opinion.

This is my local Chinese and after testing all around me this is the clear winner. Whether I’m eating in or grabbing a take away its always fantastic service friendly, fast and delicious. If it wasn’t for the fact I eat with them so regularly I’d say its a great treat.
I regularly test out the menu and I’m really yet to find anything that I don’t really enjoy their sweet, spicy, sour and peppery are all just right.

If I could give them no stars I would. This was the worst chinese restaurant me and my wife have been too! We went for lunch one day and we were asking about some dishes on the menu and the staff member that served us was sooo rude! She was not interested in us being there. After continued rudeness we just got up and left and went to a fantastic Chinese in Woodford Green. AVOID!!!
