The jazz club is a private member club with bar but anyone is welcome.
The crowd tends to be older and we were welcomes as nice to see youngsters. Eeryone talked to us and we were welcome to sing with the band.
The resident band is The Southwold Jazz Band and I am sure they won’t mind me saying they are elderly and very experienced jazzmen.
The building itself is not very exciting but the warm friendly atmosphere, of the old school, the music and the beer well and truly make up for that.
Very worth a visit.
