THey sold a Panasonic plasma to my neighbour, she is wheel chair bound and trusted them.
she paid cash for the tv and when they delivered it they did not tune it in and it was a second hand used tv,
When we went into the shop the man in the shop tried to to cover up the hole where that tv was on display by puting an washing machine there and told her that he had jsut sold that tv off diaplay however when we threatened to go to the papers he said that he would exchange it for her,
They did not even say sorry
he would not give her a refund but he was so RUde and arogant that i would not use them
They are cowboys who have no respect for the old and the disabled
STAY AWAY FROM THEM
