Little Sicily Pizzeria

Little Sicily Pizzeria is a great takeaway situated in Maghull. Offering some tasty goods and free delivery for orders over £7.95 (if you live locally in Maghull or Lydiate), this is a popular choice for Friday night food in my household.
Rumour has it the delicious pizzas are baked in an Italian stone oven, which means they always taste great. You can get a variety of toppings and there’s always offers on incorporating what you may want to make your pizza extra specially tasty.
Prices are really reasonable. You can also get extras like garlic bread, chips, chicken burgers and much more. If you’re going all-​out you may as well get the gâteau cake slice for dessert too!
Yummy. Perfect for an evening in with friends and a few films.

Little Sicily Pizzeria. Just hearing the name conjures up images in your head of quaint little family-​owned pizzerias in small Sicilian villages with little Italian men arguing with each other like the ones on the Bertoli adverts.
In reality though, this little takeaway shop in Maghull looks like anything but a traditional family run Italian pizzeria. The shop itself is small in size and pretty plain-​looking, with the layout inside fairly basic as well.
Thankfully, image doesn’t mean everything with Little Sicily as despite the plain and basic shop layout, their food is made to a very high standard. They offer a range of different pizza sizes as well as many delicious and interesting toppings, ensuring that anyone’s tastes can be met here. Their pizzas can be a little bit more expensive than your bog-​standard takeaway, but you can taste the difference.
I prefer Perfect Pizza down the road if I’m honest, but Little Sicily is still a great place to go for pizza if you fancy it.
