Rude staff!
The head waiter was rude and not very helpful, my son (4years old) has food allergies so cannot eat certain so they refused to serve us as I had brought a lunch for him.
DESPICABLE LITTLE MAN
I wonder if they have penalised other people for having medical problems or disabilities?

If I could give it zero stars then I would! We didn’t stay long enough to eat. The maitre de is so rude and off putting. They had mis-​booked our reservation but made no apology for it and said Maitre de decided he wanted to argue the point with us and claiming we must have got it wrong. After then being left for over 25 minutes whilst he attended everyone else he decided he wanted to seat us as we put our coats on. This has been a good place in the past but unfortunately we won’t be going back any time soon!

We love Chinese and this is our familys favourite restaurant outside of China Town. It is very busy nowdays but we make sure we go when it first opens. Great selection of food, very clean and attentive staff. The only downside is that the tables are very close & its extremely noisy in there so not somewhere to go for an intimate meal. Excellent value for money.

My family and I visit Izumi regularly. No frills, good value Chinese and Oriental food and very popular with kids because they can choose their own food and they don’t have to wait.
The staff are always attentive and friendly, and the food always looks fresh and appealing.
The only drawback is now word has spread, it has become very busy at peak times, but it is still a more than adequate night out midweek.

My family love this restaurant. The prices are great and we tend to go for a late lunch on a sunday — meaning we pay lunch price but fill up to last the evening. A great rang of chinese food and staff are always topping up. We love the grill where you make your own kebab things and they grill them for you. Food is hot and hot plates kept clean. My children aged 7 have no problem serving themselves. A range of desserts also. Tables a bit canteen style but at this price who minds. Staff are evry friendly and nothing too much bother, they clean your plates away quickly. Madison Heights next door offers a great range of entertainment for before or after.

Great value for money eat all you can buffet. Nice atmosphere with attentive staff. There was a good selection of food choices. I would definitely visit again.
