They are a very unprofessional outfit who cancel at the last minute and do not return all emails. They now have a new online booking system which does not work all the time. When you do manage to speak to someone (which is frustrating in itself) they can be very rude with questions such as What do you want me to do about it? Call that customer service? Customer Disservice more like. I made my initial booking 5 months ago. The last reply I received they told me they could not adhere to last year’s prices even though I have been trying to make a booking for 5 months. I do not have to hope that this Company will go bankrupt. It’s obvious that they will. Good riddance.

Had a terrible time with this company. They didn’t show up for both of the confirmed appointments we made with them. They wouldn’t answer the contact number either. We wasted our time with this company. You will now see an attempt at an excuse from robclarke2 if all other posts are anything to go by.
