If I could give Brookvale more than 5 stars I would. Richard went above and beyond, keeping Ra an extra 5 weeks on top of the 8 we booked him in for. Ra was extremely well looked after and because he was there a long time, Richard spent time with him so he wouldn't get depressed. Richard also communicated really well regarding his medications — Ra is diabetic and on a special diet. Nothing was too much trouble. He's come home a settled and happy cat and we can't thank Richard enough. Renovating a house is stressful and it's even worse when you have to leave your beloved pet in a cattery for so long but we felt relaxed that Ra was in good hands. Thanks Richard!!!!!!!!!!
