It is easier to like somewhere when you get great service and also like the staff in general, I am aware that this particular Costa is often a stop for me more out of convenience(next to one of the bus stops I use) rather than it being a coffee shop I would choose, as I tend to like independents more. This is however a reasonable size and you stand a fairly good chance of finding a seat here, and as I said the staff are always super friendly, which makes a big difference. Plus you can get a reasonable hot chocolate here, although they are what I would call very mid-range hot chocolate’s they do remove the chill from the day. If I am going by and fancy a drink I will pop in from time to time.

I really have gone off Costa Coffee after my visit to this branch, The place was really quiet on a Saturday morning. Me and my partner had ordered two lattes and the Barista seemed rushed making them even though we was the only people in the place! The Barista only used one cup of Espresso for the both of our Lattes, In most coffee shops they use one or sometimes two espressos for each coffee? The Latte was tasteless and just tasted like tepid milk and I couldn’t even taste the coffee, I really didn’t like the place neither, it felt all a bit sterile with plastic covered seating and wooden chairs and I couldn’t relax properly and couldn’t wait to leave, Next time I’m around this area i will be going to Starbucks!

Really friendly staff and its really clean. Stayed open longer than needed(i know they’ll make more money) to serve everyone at the xmas markets — noticed a lot of people next door in the Starbucks(Staff are really rude) leave and come into cost instead.

Was there yesterday and had a bit of chill time with a delicious ginger bread latte. Only negative bit was the filthy toilets. Girlfriend said ladies room was terrible with horrible dirty floor and garbage bin over flowing with, among other things, discarded feminine ‘products’ among them. Guess the cleaning lady was on a few sick days.

I love Costa Coffee the new site in Manchester near the Town Hall is brilliant service is great and the staff was very friendly we went there a couple days ago and my friend had a vegetarian penne and it was over cooked so she was very helpful and changed it. We also tried their new coffee with orange gosh was it delicious so I really highly recommend this place.

Conveniently located between the main hub of Piccadilly Gardens and Arndale, this Costa makes for a quick and easy stop if you’re looking to get your caffeine fix. Being in said locale, it’s easy to see it being swamped often, but the staff have a quick turnaround wait so you won’t have to be in queue for long. The coffee is what you’d expect from your average Costa, and the interior offers a bit of space if you need a respite from your shopping(if there are spots available, that is). Overall a decent coffee shop with no frills or disappointments.

Yes yet another Coffee shop in Manchester on Princess St,(next door to Starbucks) at the side of the Town Hall and Albert SQ. Have to say love the design and interior, and the large lamps over the booths are just fab, just wish Costa Coffee would tell me where to buy them from, guess it is a trade secret!!! ;-(( The staff are smart and friendly, the place is clean, and the coffee is great(good job as its a coffee shop) I am sure Starbucks next door are not best pleased, but I have to say it was never one of my favourite places, staff always seemed they did not care.
