What a stupid system, a shop that does not want to sell an item they have?
Currys kindly sent me as an apology for the last customer service disaster a £10 voucher as a good will gesture! but I cannot use it! If I had bothered to take it to court you would have owed me hundreds of pounds not £10 butt due to ill heath I accepted it.
I wanted to buy an external hard drive, checked on-​line, went to this store say they have non, they cannot say when they can get one, they can order it on-​line for me, for tomorrow, but I cannot use the voucher you gave me!
I thought retail stores purpose was to sell products! even the manager says it is a stupid system.
You have an item, I cannot buy! what service is that, I have just come out of hospital it cost me getting to the store today, service was slow to say the least and a total waste of time and money getting to your store only to bee told you do not want my business.
Update
I have now had to order/​pay for the item online! to be delivered at the store, then go to the store and say I dont want it, so get a refund, then buy it again using my voucher! the world is mad! bonus is it is now £5.00 cheaper than it was last week in the sale!
They then sent me to PC world to get it formatted and they wanted £115 to do it! No customer service at PC world they were rude and just horrible
Muddy was the only helpful person at Currys white City, if you have to use them ask for him!
