Hell Fire is a theme restaurant like no other. This isn’t where you take your date, unless he or she is a goth, a wannabee vampire or a freak. It’s creepy, it’s spooky, but more than anything it’s just good fun. All kinds of goblins, creatures and props hang from the dungeon walls here and large medieval banquet tables make it popular for groups. The food too, is actually pretty good: the dragon cutlery and skull goblets aren’t purely a distraction. Starters like the Soup of the Dead and Satan’s Crown Jewels were firm favourites amongst my ghoulish friends on our night out here, and the Monster burger was, well, monstrous. Like Beetlejuice on steroids, you can’t help but have a great night here.
