I went to this place last Sunday 11^th (a week and 1 day ago) for an eyebrow thread and shellac manicure. The eyebrow threading was second to none and therapist did them perfect first time around.
The shellac however was another story. During the treatment everything went well the lady was polite, friendly and delicate. Having had good reviews on the shellac treatment from friends, I thought I’d give it a try in time for my holiday tomorrow (Tuesday 20^th). The specialist assured me it would last between 2 – 3 weeks with no chips. However after only four days it had already started chipping on the thumbs and a few nags on the fingers and yesterday (a week on) half the thumb gel layer peeled itself off!
To be honest for £17 I’m livid as I’ve had nail varnish last longer than this! I’ll be going back for threading but I don’t recommend the shellac treatment to anyone as its a waste of money!!!

This is my favourite beauty salon in Manchester. I come here every month and get threading (brow & upper lip) and waxing (half leg & bikini) and it all costs only £31.00 for all of it! They also do a really good job, I never get ingrowns or irritation after waxes from here, they use good wax and all the staff are well trained. I’ve visited a few different salons in the Withington area and this place is the best, its just a bonus that its also very cheap!
Can highly recommend!
