It’s a Mcdonalds so what can you say? The drive thru staff were friendly, the food was good and it seemed very clean

I called in this branch of Mcdonald’s while in the area, with high hopes as this does look like a nice branch, with a nice design on the outside and a nice car park, especially compared to other stores, and with good reviews, I thought this could be the Gordon Ramsay of the Mcdonald’s world, but it was more the Blackpool FC of the Mcdonald’s world. I ordered a cheeseburger, with fries and a vanilla latte, and everything come to just over £6, including my friend’s Chicken burger, which I felt was reasonable for a Mcdonald’s, although still a little pricy considering the quality. I would rather pay for quality, so I was annoyed with this branch of Mcdonald’s. They did manage to do my burger without the bun, however they didn’t put a knife and fork in the bag, which meant another trip in the store, when it should have been put in by common sense. My burger, I found to be presented a little unusual, rather than not together, they just put the cheese melted on the burger, and everything put on top, which I didn’t like, and it just made it look cheap. I found the burger not to be very nice at all, it has an unusual taste and tasted a little like plastic. The chips also were okay, however parts of them were a little raw, adding to the disgusting nature of this store’s food. I was hoping that, after a disappointing meal, I would at least enjoy a Vanilla latte, which was advertised as being new, however it was simply vile, it was a mess. I was shocked to see the presentation of my drink, looking like an unstirred coffee, taken out too soon, and with a little bit of mocha /hot chocolate added in too, and it tasted like a mess too. I do think making a coffee should be basic, and something most people could do, however they made a mess of it here, and it just, tasted terrible, and a combination of more than one drink, which I didn’t ask for and doesn’t mix! This store to me seemed like it was going to be a nice branch, but this just shows not to judge a book by its’ cover, as the food wasn’t up to a standard, where it would be worth feeding to a canine, and the latte was more of a mess than Boris Johnson’s hair.

McDonalds breakfast is a treat for me post night shift(or post night out to treat a hangover if I’m so lucky or unlucky but today I’ve no alcohol residue to soak up). After a long night shift, the idea of a fresh tasty sausage & egg bagel(no cheese for me thanks) is appealing before bedtime. And this morning is full and drizzly so it improves the outlook of the day too. The service was quick and polite but there is no-one rose in here as it is early on Sunday morning and most other people have the joy of a lie in. The food is very fresh and hot with a crisp hash brown and ketchup dip alongside the bagel and a full flavoured coffee. The place is clean(& empty) and I can hear some of the staff singing in the kitchen which is a change to the usual tinny music they often play in here. Tummy filled, it’s bedtime! Night folks

Every time I go to Mc Donald’s in Fails wroth I normally end up disappointed by the service. I know its only a Mc Donald’s and you shouldn’t expect to much but at the end of the day when you pay £4 for a fast food meal you expect it to be fast and also a meal. I went here in the drive through last week and it took me nearly 10 minutes to get served and then when I was service because I ordered a plain burger it took almost another 5 minutes for them to bring the food out to me. unfortunately when they did bring it the burger was not plain. I didn’t bother to take it back because I was home at time point. I have gone several time here and the staff just don’t want to be there and they don’t really care about customer service. Still when they get the order right the foods not to bad lol
