Millies Cookies

The cookie is a complex thing. I don’t mean HTTP cookies that you collect while browsing websites that send a lot of data, I mean the small edible cake. The HTTP cookie is probably a complex thing too, but I am not interested in the ins and outs of it. I will leave it to the nerds.
The cookie (small edible cake) must have a certain consistency if it is to adequately excite the taste buds. It must be crispy around the edges, and soggy in the middle. This is also how a chip should be. I don’t mean computer chips that you have inside your PC, I mean potato chips. However, your cookie (small edible cake) should not in any other way resemble a chip (potato).
At Millie’s they’ve got it spot on. This means they win. They have all sorts of flavours and even make huge cookies (small edible cake) for special occasions, but all this is unimportant in comparison to the vital cookie (small edible cake) consistency.
