A good hotel and I would return. Friendly staff who are eager to please, nice clean rooms in a decent part of town. The superb attached Soho Gym is £5 instead of £10 if you are staying there. A few minor non dramatic things just made it short of the 5th star. I love how other Premier Inn let you have your Costa Coffee in a paper cup and take it away at the end of your breakfast. I like to get up as late as possible and so this lets me drink it on the way to work. As most weekday people at this time of people are other travelling business people this is normal. Admittedly it was the end of service, but a middle aged male manager said I could only have a coffee if I drank it there. He said to have a paper cup to take away I would have to go out to the seperate Costa Coffee outside! I asked if I would have to pay for it again and he said yes. Not great considering other staff were eager to please, I had not had a coffee and had paid full price for breakfast. A few snall bits where enamel cracked on the bath and a couple of cracked tiles. Also the hotel corridors where the rooms are were a bit dark. All in all a good hotel, friendly service, just a shame I have to pay twice as much and go to another area to take my coffee away.
