It’s not just a Whetherspoons but probably the archetypal discount pub. Location, price and size makes this exactly what the chain is designed for — a fast paced, crowd pleasing affordable watering hole. Always packed, with tables at a premium, it delivers a competent pub brand. Good priced range of drinks, efficient service and tasty affordable grub. Now’t special but satisfaction pretty well guaranteed.

Another Wetherspoons, i.e., a bar that caters to both beer snobs and the cheap drunks. I’m in the former category and while I can no longer recall exactly what ale I had, it was a fine drink as expected. We stopped by just for a break during a Manchester visit and felt appropriately fortified afterwards.

The Waterhouse is a Wetherspoons and its location is close to everything in the city centre of Manchester and it is directly opposite the town hall. It has very reasonably priced drinks and a great selection of good quality food. they also have many offers on in the week which include steak and curry nights. they also do offers like a burger and a drink for less than £8
I also like the layout of this Wetherspoons as its separate rooms make it feel more intimate. It could really do with a makeover though, but for the price of the drinks and the food make it more inviting.
It is one of the better Wetherspoons in Manchester and its perfect for a lunch break or catching up friends. Weekends due are very busy in here though due to its great location and great prices.

This wetherspoons is probably the best in Manchester. As you walk in you imediately feel like you are in somebodys home. It has a nice feel about the place. There are a number of rooms which you enter from the entrance hall
