This is ACTUALLY a great carpet shop/​fitting service. We know nothing about carpets and were on a tight budget when we went in. The staff were knowledgeable and approachable and gave us advice on how to minimise spending (by taking up the old carpet and disposing it ourselves, save the carpet grips, etc). They also advised us to sign up to their newsletter emails to get a further 10% off. They also offer a free delivery and fitting services if you buy some fancy underlay too.
Arranging a fitting was stress-​free and we were contacted by phone regarding an update on time on the day. They were professional and quick and left no mess to clean up. We had freshly painted skirting boards and no scratches were left whatsoever. Overall, a great value and professional service that leaves a beautifully fitted carpet!
