A very nice hotel, where everybody will feel at home. The room is nice, and when there were no towels, it was fixed immediately. The staff is very friendly and if you have any allergy, it is not a problem at all. Also for breakfast they fix something for you. Really great. At the pub and restaurant you will find lots of locals. And the food is a bit small, but I always have a big appetite. The taste is good ans it looks classy Welsh. I’m very happy to stay here a couple of more nights, and will defenitely come back. One of the members of staff was lovely and gave me even a ride to my dorm, when I had to move in. Very friendly, and will certainly come back for a drink, dinner or for my holliday.

The Victoria(The Vic) is a pub and hotel in Menai bridge, near Bangor. It has two bars; a posh bit and a smaller, livelier bar. I used to really dig the smaller bar, but a few years a go they did a makeover on it. My word, it was wholly misjudged. It now looks a bit like a ‘chill out area’ in a youth centre. Think; Byker Grove. There’s even a Wharhole-esque poster of James Dean. That said, it’s still probably my favourite pub in The Bridge the Guinness is tasty and the jukebox is decent. Watch out for the pool sharks though, and men who claim that certain seats are ‘reserved’. A strong test of character, but ultimately very satisfying.
