Absolutely shocking. We have been misled from the start regarding the buyer failing to get two mortgages and the chain collapsing. They failed to inform us by lack of communication in writing and verbal. It was we believe a deliberate act as it was the owner of the businesses sister that was buyer our property. The service has been outrageous and after six months we are in the same position. Cauldwells staff on the whole are rude and abrupt. We have since terminated our contract and we still have a house to sell
