slow service, staff not very friendly food luke warm. not impressed and not up to the usual standard i would expect from this chain

have been here a few times and have always found staff friendly and helpful. great food and salad bar is great 2.

What a let down. Had a spot of lunch here & was left very unimpressed.
Waiteress we had was very rude, had a right attitude.
When the pizza came well, what happened with the tomato sauce?! All I seemed to got was bread with watery cheese. Yuk. When queried it, all I got was a waitress that could not give a damn
Not worth waiting to get in for. Not going back to that particular Pizza Hut.

I’ve eaten here a few times with my family and also in a big group of friends.
I’ve found this outlet to be full of friendly staff and very child friendly.
The food is good value for money especially when you are lucky enough to be able to come for the early afternoon deal.
Pizza’s are always very tastey and they have a selection of other meals and salads for those watching their wastelines. My husband and daughter love the ice cream factory :)

Pizza hut is great, they have a good selection foods, and yummy starters and desserts, im not sure if they are as good as pizza express but they are great nonetheless. the service is USUALLY good and they have some delicious desserts. The restaurants are usually clean and friendly, and their delivery service is good also. Also their pastas are really great, definitely would recommend you try them!

There is always a queue outside Pizza Hut — so it a popular one.
I have been to few Pizza Huts where the buffet isnt filled up often enough but i was surprised to see that the MK one was even though it was busy.
Average in size for seating and it is inside the main part by M&S.

I am always surprised when I visit this area of Milton Keynes that there aren’t more restaurants and cafes. Whilst the MK Centre does have a food court the area is bedecked with take-​away style cafes serving light snacks or soup. Pizza hut is one of the few places where you can take the weight off your feet whilst shopping and sit down to a full course meal.
In my experience this restaurant is always very busy. In fact it is rare that I have not seen a queue forming at the door or people waiting to be seated. It is popular with teenagers and parents with young children, so expect it to be noisy!
The staff do their best to deal with the level of custom here and are always very polite and efficient. They take orders from the tables after providing menus.
There is a wide choice of pizzas in different flavours, styles and sizes available. There is always something to suit every taste including vegetarian and children.
I do find the desert menu a bit lacking in imagination. Ice-​cream and sugar decorations seems to be the main attraction. The desert choice really caters for kids rather than adults.
Compared to other Italian resturants or pizza places this one is a little less classy but in this location at Milton Keynes it is the best you can get.

I visit the MK Pizza Hut at least once a week, with my firends and our children. We always find the staff friendly, and always helpful and willing to accomodate our ridiculous table requirements (4 adults, 6 children, 2 high chairs and room for a Push chair?) and we never have to wait long for a table, even though we have never phoned ahead to book one. We invariably have a Buffet at lunch time, as the kids can sit and eat as much as they like, and we never get grief to move on! Excellent facilities for nappy changes, although the main toilets are up some very steep stairs which can cause problems for young children if the disabled toilet is occupied.
I find this restaurant the best one in MK, with plenty of seating and prime location.

Pizza Hut is at the Marks and Spencer end of Milton Keynes Shopping Centre and is usually busy because of its prime location. Despite it being busy, you usually don’t have to wait too long to be seated as they cram you in where they can. The staff are extremely friendly and are always worthy of a tip. The Pizzas are very good, as you’d expect, and are far more affordable than other restaurants in the area. It’s a good place to go at lunch as they have a buffet which is excellent and allows you to eat as much or as little as you like without paying as much as you would for a normal meal out.

This pizza hut is really nice, but it can get quite busy during lunch times.
All the pizzas are cooked to perfection and once we got a free pizza because ours wasn’t round enough according to the chef! So as you can see the customer service is fantastic and the staff are all really nice, friendly and helpful.
At lunch time they do a buffet which is really good value for money and very tasty. Plus their drinks are refillable (you do have to ask the staff for another), which works out excellent value for money.
The prices are reasonable and it is a really nice restaurant. Recommended.

I love pizza hut their pizzas are so delicious and affordable, i also love the salad bar you get to have before your pizza arrives, although i have to be carefull not to fill myself up.
What i love even more about pizza hut is that fact that they accept american express credit cards, i would have never of thought this so now i can earn cash back on my pizzas, yum!
