T-Mobile

Have used the T-​Mobile store within the CentreMK twice now and both times have found the staff very pleasant and helpful.
The first time I used the store I was changing my mobile contract from another provider to T-​Mobile. The staff were very good in explaining the tariffs that were available to me, taking into account my text and call use. They then went onto explain the handsets that were available at the price within my budget.
Setting up and swapping from the previous provider happened smoothly and within the timescales given to me by the T-​Mobile staff. Fortunately I had no problems with the phone so never had to go back but I’m sure if they did the staff would be helpful.
The 2^nd time I used the store as to upgrade my phone about 12 months ago — again the staff were helpful in explaining the phones that were available to me and at what cost. I went away with a new mobile and the same tariff. I have had problems with this phone but that is due to the signal and nothing that T-​Mobile have done.
Parking for this store is mainly via the pay and display around the centre.
