After pining over a pair of Chie Mihara shoes (the Festin in purple) I was really surprised to not only find them available in the size and colour that I wanted, but at a cheaper price. I thought it was a mistake and went ahead ordering them anyway and after a few bumps with entering my address and payment info I was finally able to submit my order. A week later, my shoes have arrived in the states and I couldn’t be happier!
My only suggestions would be to make the customer information form a bit more fluid for customers outside of the UK. Perhaps putting in parenthesis next to county the word «state». Another thing would be to ship shoes in a sturdy box instead of the plastic wrap packaging.
Other than the bit of a hiccup in getting the order going I had a really good experience and love my shoes! When I go back to the UK I’ll definitely make sure to pop by! In the mean time Jules B is definitely a site I trust for some fantastic deals on shoes!
