Fantastic sandwiches (and baps!), great service, amazing value. Wonderful selection too, all made fresh with a smile. Deservedly popular, and the true meaning of a great little independent place!

Quite simply, the best sandwich shop in town. Very generous sized sandwiches with a wide range of fillings. I recommend their tuna and sweetcorn — fills a hole for hours!
You can get a meal deal including crisps and a drink for over a fiver.
Give the chains a miss and start coming here instead — honestly!

Don’t be put off by the staff smoking directly outside of the shop or their lack of knowledge when it comes to ingredients (she didn’t know what pesto was). I’ve been buying sandwiches from here on and off for years and they are of very high standard. By high standard I mean genourously filled, fabulous, tasty and filling for great prices. There is a huge menu and you could spend the day choosing the fillings. Everything is clearly fresh and sandwiches are made up infront of you. Crisps and drinks are on offer aswell as cakes and flapjacks. I remember getting a jacket potato from here once and it was nice but the bread rolls and baps are where it’s at.
