Horrible experience. Having been in newcastle for 2 days we stumbled on this buffet. Wish we hadn’t .first we were jammed up against another table.
Food wasn’t very good. Cold and tasteless. Burgers were just getting put out so decided to try these, they were like eating rubber. Food had been spilled by a table nearby and no member of staff thought it best to brush up resulting on people having to navigate round

Out eating on a Thursday evening and it was great. Chinese food a bit dry and cold but the rest was great. Mexican, American and Indian were really good. A good place to go with a couple of mates. Can get a bit load when it’s full though, like on a Friday evening or so.

Had heard mixed reports from so many people so waited for the queues to die down and try it out for my self.
Visually the place is amazing, definitely the best looking restaurant I have been into in a long time.
Great selection from American, Mexican, Indian, Chinese, Japanese & amazing dessert selection. Quality is not the best but what you would expect from a massive Buffett — slightly greasy but defiantly not the worst Buffett I have been into. Caters for even the fussiest eaters, vegetarians and a selection for kids. They do a happy hour on there cocktails.
Great family place and overall a great place to go when you don’t know what you fancy. One of the highlight is the dessert selection with the chocolate fountain!
