Vauxhall Ballyrobert

I had to call in here about 3 months ago because I had a problem with the radiator and coolant system in my car, and they were very helpful, checked the car in fairly promptly, kept me informed and updated on developments, problems and progress with the repairs, and were good at communicating in general, unlike some other garages who you don’t hear from for days and days, and you wonder what has happened to your car! The car was still in warranty, so there was no fee for the work, and they told me it was fixed and wouldn’t happen again. Unfortunately, this week (ironically just when the warranty has expired), the SAME problem manifested itself — so I’ve just left it in to get it looked at and we will see if they are going to charge me for a problem that they were supposed to have fixed the last time… watch this space.
