This branch of HMV is situated in a good spot at the top of the stairs in the Grosvenor centre which offers free parking. It is not really a large branch but apart from Zavvi which have now gone into adminsitration, it is the largest music store in the town.
They always have a great range of sale DVDs and CDs which are displayed on the entrance to the store. The chart items are nicely displayed and they have a great range of back catalogue items too.
The staff are very knowledgeable about the items they sell and are helpful if you are looking for items and the customer service at the checkouts is good too.
If you are looking for music, DVDs or computer games then I would recommend this store as your first choice.

Great music store and part of a large group which means you can always get a good price here on cds, dvds and more.
Store is bright and clean and you can easily find what you are looking for with clear signage which helps.
Good selection and so far I have always found what I am looking for when I have visited.
Good friendly staff that will always help you with what you are looking for instore and if not they can normally order it for you.
