Walking through the Chapelfield shopping centre(«center» in American), a sushi stand under the escalator caught my eye. Quite professionally set up, with the sushi and teriyaki in plastic bento boxes ready to take for a walk or just sit at one of their nearby tables. I couldn’t resist the call. The sushi was quite good, especially considering that it was fast food and wasn’t prepared right to order. A cute box with six rolls and three decent size pieces of salmon sushi with the wasabe, ginger and soy sauce packets right in there. There were several other choices available, including a few non-sushi items, such as a chicken teriyaki. I snapped up a packet of wasabi peas as well, which did a fine job clearing out my sinuses! When I was preparing this review, I checked their web page and I was surprised to see that they only have the one location. It was quite slick, so I’d expect more of these to pop up soon. And I’ll be there!
