Found this little pub that serves Thai food. Was last min for us to meet up with friends and we all agreed it was just superb. Great selection of beers, spirits, and even a whiskey menu. The food was very very good, and the service was second to none. It is very compact we were seated downstairs but we just loved the atmosphere. In short a gem of a find, and is now on our must do when in Norwich

Lovely little pub that is my go to place for a pint whenever I’m in the middle of town and need a break from shopping. Never eaten(the restaurant upstairs looks a bit pokey for my beefy frame), but the beer downstairs is always in excellent nick and they know what they’re doing. Generally have Oakham JHB on which is a favourite ale. Nice people too. As the other reviews say, it may be small, but it packs a punch.

FRUITYAMBER! This was a lovely looking place. Not a pub that does Thai food but more the offspring of a pub and a Thai restaurant that were very very much in love. The beer and the prawn crackers were both delicious. There was a St Austell/Oakham colloboration beer without a proper pump clip. we wouldn’t make out the name, just the two words fruity amber, which we thought more a description than a name. The strict Thai lady who seemed to be in charge informed us in no uncertain terms, on repeat and in her charming accent that it was called ‘FRUITYAMBER’. And lo the most memorable phrase of the weekend was coined!

An absolute little diamond of a place. Allegedly the smallest pub in Norwich, there are a couple of tables downstairs and a little dining room upstairs. The staff are really friendly although the owner can appear a little terrifying. The beers are well kept and the food. Blimey. The food. Totally out of this world. This is real Thai food, cooked by real Thai people and eaten by the Thai folks who run the place. Well spiced, flavoursome and in perfect portions. In the summer(it lasts about twenty minutes in Norwich) you can sit outside and watch the wild and varied locals shuffle by. Go there. You’ll thank me for it.
