mamas and papas

I went to Mamas and papas to enquire regarding a new lining for a vaggio car seat which was given to me by my brother. My brother had only used the car seat once or twice about 4 years ago.
The manageress of the store came out to speak to my husband and I. She first asked whether this was our first child then proceded to insist that the car seat would be dangerous to the child and she tried to convince us to buy a new car seat using emotional and scare tactics.
I have been to Mamas and Papas in Manchester and London and felt that the Nottingham branch were not as friendly or helpful. This maybe that the store is newly open. The ranges were not as extensive as other stores. However the store was not crowded and opens until late and the quality of the products is very good
