I think this place has now been rebranded Paper Sun, its on the ground floor of victoria centre near to le senza. a bit expensive but good for that special black dress ;)
seem to be having loads of sales at the moment like £15 an item and any two sale items for £20 which is a label bargin.
Its on two floors, the dressing rooms are in the basement, a bit of a problem if you cant get down stairs as they dont have a lift.
