I used this solicitors to undertake the conveyancing of my house purchase. I was pleased with the service that was offered. We were assigned a personal conveyancing agent who arranged all the necessary checks required when purchasing a property. All the checks went smoothly and we only had to visit their premesis once to sign some documents.
Funds were transferred to Nelsons via electronic transfer and any interest accrued on the account whilst Nelsons were holding our funds was repayed to us one we had completed on the purchase.
All in all a very professional service at a reasonable price. I would recommend this solicitor.
