I think this is one of the best curry houses in Bridgford. The food has always been fantastic and the portions are a good size. The prices have gone up a bit since they had a refurbishment but I think it is worth it for what you get.

I didn’t come here before it was refurbished but had heard various different things about it, that is was cheap and simple and a little tacky inside. I ahve however been here twice since the refurbishment and each time I thoroughly enjoyed it. Though the prices may be a little more than what they used to be, I believe the quality of the food is very good. All the dishes were very tasty adn the service good. I think this is possible one of the best curry houses in West Bridgford for price adn taste.

I used to frequent this place before the refurbishment. It was always good value, and I found the tired 70s décor quite endearing. The last time I went, the place had been done up, but fortunately they hadn’t upped the prices too much. We were quite a large party, which wasn’t a problem. The food seemed an improvement on how it used to be, certainly less greasy. Not been back since as i’m not in that neck of the woods too often, but i’d certainly return.

Well! It’s been ‘done up’! But we haven’t been there yet. We will go and report back later! xx

This used to be a must for hubby and I, but something’s gone terribly wrong. Maybe it’s the increased competition in the area, but it’s gone steadily downhill, and on our last visit it was terrible. The food was greasy and barely warm and the place just felt grubby and uncared for. One of the waiters asked a member of our party on a date, and apart from him the rest of the staff were more interested in what was on TV than anything else. My sister went a couple of weeks later and reported the same kind of thing, plus a very rude waiter(I guess he didn’t fancy her). Suffice to say, we won’t be going back.
