Located down an alley off the main road you enter a small U shaped room in one corner of which is the bar around which is basically on shelving a mini beer and cider festival. The place is basic old bits of furniture, newspapers and an occasional game make it less of a pub more of a social club/beer festival. It’s unique. And the beers great

The Barrel Drop is an awesome micropub located down Nottingham’s most famous alleyway. With around 10 real ales, served fresh from the cask, and a cider or too(plus bottles in the fridge and I believe wine) you will be sure to find a beer you love. A haven for Real Ale drinkers and Craft Beer fans, it’s a really welcome one-room pub and should be at the top of your list of pubs to visit when in Notts.
