Top Spot Snooker Club

Stopped going here after Wetherspoons opened across the road.
It seems to have completely changed over the past couple of years but i dont think for the good.
Friendliness of some of the staff takes a while to get used to (!) but an okish place if not a little pricey. Considered myself a regular so it would have been nice to have got some friendly banter from staff or an ‘hello, how are you’ but i gave up after a while, i found it to be quite an intimidating place sometimes (perhaps because i didnt play bingo).
Most days/​nights hold bingo now, which is a shame as i think its alienating ‘normal’ nights out for people who are quite happy to be members and pay for the slightly more expensive drinks.
